What brought you to Gain Fitness?
My mum actually dragged me along for the first time, I wasn’t really sure what it was about but I ended up loving it and have turned up almost everyday since.
What do you enjoy the most about Gain Fitness?
Definitely the great people and the friendly competition
What is your favourite movement?
Favourite movement is probably front squats, I don’t know why I just always enjoy them when they are in a WOD!
What is your least favourite movement?
Least favourite movement is easily thrusters haha I’m not sure how anyone can enjoy them.
What is your biggest achievement so far?
100kg squat felt great, I reckon that’s my biggest achievement so far
What are your future goals?
A future goal would be to complete all the workouts at RX weight and without scaling anything, it makes me feel like I’m cheating the workout
What advice would you give a newbie?
Barbell movements can be hard so don’t worry about not being able to do some straight away I reckon a lot of them come with time

I had a big knee operation a while back and I’m lucky to be able to be as active as I am
